You will learn the art of letting go, living in the present and being kind to yourself through various techniques and sustainable structures.
Trust me I’ve been there, until sometime back I found it very difficult to let go of my anger, sadness and for the things that happened to me, I found it difficult to forgive people who have wronged me and I found myself stuck in the constant zone of problems due to this. These techniques and processes have changed my life for the better. I hold a fresh perspective towards everything. I’m sure it will change yours too!
What to expect?
- A safe place to talk about your emotions without the fear of judgement and with someone whose focus is your well being.
- I’ll help you understand your emotions and the place of origin of your thoughts.
- I’ll counsel you and coach you with electic approach ie a combination of techniques for best results
- I’ll help you acknowledge your fears and doubts, embrace it and then come out of it with help of various techniques.
- You will be able to accept your emotions, understand them better and process it with a fresh perspective
- I’ll give you NLP and mindfulness techniques and processes that will help you re-structure your thoughts and feelings.
- You will be able to rewire your emotions and trigger points and replace them with pleasant memories.
- The best part is you’ll learn this technique for lifetime so that you can deal with all such emotions better in the future 🙂
- Each session will be of 60 minutes. It will be a video/audio call based on your preference.
- You can choose the no of sessions based on your need. I would suggest you take at least 8 sessions for best results.
- 8 calls (first call 90 minutes and subsequent calls 60 minutes) scheduled one call per week.
